I have been to birthday parties here before so was familiar with the place. In searching for info I read a bunch of reviews. Many unfavorable. However, I went with my gut and booked a party. From the first phone call they were nothing but helpful. Very informative and flexible. I even called back because I forgot what time I booked for and they looked it up for me. I received my packet / receipt in the mail within a few days. From the minute I walked in the door ""Shay"" my party host was friendly helpful and very easy to get along with. She made my daughter feel very special and calmed all my worries and answered all my questions. I brought along little party boxes with a few candies in them and intended holding the tokens from the kids until after the cake. I also purchased the extra tokens which she without complaint assisted me in putting them in the boxes. Because I purchased the wristband's for my group our party was from 3 to 5 however on my invitations I indicated the party went to 6. We played from 3 to 4, had food and cake from 5 to 6 and with the unlimited even though the party was technically over we played some more from 5 to 6 this is when I gave out tokens also. It helped keep the group together more too. Most in my group stayed until 7 and a few of us didn't leave until 8 even though we were told with the bands we could stay until closing which was 9. The kids had a blast all the parents were impressed and I don't think I could have gotten more for my money anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone. My guess is that if you see a problem, give the staff a chance to help you first before getting upset because I am sure they would do what they can to help. I must also mention that my credit card didn't go through and instead of having me panic ""Shay"" said don't worry we'll figure something out. (I had no other means of payment!) Thankfully I worked it out on my own! Great time will go back again! I forgot to mention the reason why I said the con is go carts .....they loved them but they only ran a few cars at a time and the wait in line was long. That's really it.
Pros: GREAT Customer Service!
Cons: The wait in line for the go carts.
