I have been around this facility and found that they do lack in organization, communication and curriculum. In regards to the headline of the ""man with a badge"" well, come to find out that the owner of this facility wears a badge. One of S.A.'s finest. And as to your comment and pointing fingers the way you did is very unprofessional and your grammar and spelling lack as well.
Pros: lack organization, communication and curriculum.
Cons: day care potential not a learning center.
