Review content:
Now only did I have to answer what seemed like hundreds of questions online to schedule my appointment, but I had to schedule it WEEKS out because that was the first date they had available. Then when they did show up they did an alright job, but charged me more than I was quoted including a fuel charge. I don't know if they expect people to bring their carpets in for cleaning or what, but I would imagine that fuel expenses should be rolled into their cost of doing business. Then, afterward, I have received e-mail after e-mail asking me to write them a review. I already wrote them one review, but I'm still receiving e-mails asking for one, even after replying to an e-mail and telling them I've already given them a review and asked them to please stop sending me requests. I'm trying this again, and hopefully my review will show up in their database and I can finally stop receiving harassing e-mails reminding me that I "promised to help". I wouldn't use this company unless you don't mind paying more than you expected for work that was just ok, then spending weeks fielding e-mails from them.
