I am very satisfied with the quality of the carpet cleaning. I was also very satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the men who came to clean the carpet. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to spend more money once the men were in my house. I also appreciated Darryl very much because he was talkative and laid back. It's a nice change from other workers who come into the house and leave without saying hardly a word. However, I would like to point out that I almost cancelled the service because I was so skeptical of the communications I received beforehand. In all emails, texs, and on the website, the spelling and grammar are extremely poor. To me, this suggests a lack of professionalism and caused me to question the legitimacy of the company. I would suggest that someone take the time to edit the communications.
