Review content:
First of all I really enjoyed how 'fun' the emails and people were. It's always nice to experience that. I had a few good stains and I was impressed at how they all came up. The carpets look great! They use some different type of cleaner that isn't using lots of water and I'm impressed. I will call them again next time! - The only negative I didn't like was that they must have some call center in India who answers the phone because when I talked to them (twice) both times they didn't speak good English and the first time they didn't really understand what I was asking.... however, the good majority of the stuff is done via email which I love. I will be a repeat customer!
