I had my carpet cleaned on Tuesday afternoon. The technicians were on time and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and were courteous and professional. My carpet was finished in a little less than an hour (a lot quicker than I expected) and it looked great! A few little stains were still visible (but these were ones that the previous owner had left in the carpet and the technician told me that it was unlikely that they would come out). I was very impressed with the service and would definitely hire them again. It did take several hours for the carpet to dry- but that was to be expected.
