Perfect location for walking to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Hotel was very nice, clean & our 2nd story room with patio was great as our view was the blue Pacific! The staff was very nice, helpful & super friendly, especially the pretty young lady with red hair at the front desk. We did NOT have reservations but they treated us as if we did & got us a room immediately during a holiday weekend.\r

Unfortunately, due to the holiday, there were a lot of Tweens/teens/young adults had run of the house-LITERALLY!... Running up & down the halls all hours of the night, tossing water balloons from one balcony to the next and a large group had separate rooms on each side of us so we awoke to broken balloons & cigarette butts in our patio. I did complain the 2nd night, I guess some one DID make them quiet down the next night for the most part. I did have to threaten bodily harm to the 3 teenage boys next door when they knocked on my door ""by mistake"" they said...twice before dawn, thinking it was their buddies room. Hotel apologized profusely. I understand they can't control all their guest's behavior but it was tough to get a good night sleep when those brats were having a toga-party!\r
Oh, the best part, it's PET friendly too!\r
Take a walk up the road to this tasty Mexican ""drive-in"" style joint... good food, especially breakfast!
Pros: AWESOME VIEWS OF OCEAN, RESERVATIONS NOT ALWAYS NEEDED & PET FRIENDLY
Cons: NONE, EXCEPT WON'T STAY IF TOO MANY YOUNG/WILD TEENS ARE BOOKED HERE
