Heard about this place from a friend that raves about how great it is! He's a health enthusiast and is always on the search for great healthy food that won't break the bank! Well, after tasting their tuna salad I must agree, this place has definitely blown me away! Located inside the Texaco gas station, the owner greets you with a smile as he makes his recomendations on what to chose from, which is an amazing array of delicious vegan options! Hes created dinner style seating which conveniently lets you see the way all the food is prepared which I must say is a very spotless prep area! a plus for me as i am a very picky eater and love that i got to see how fresh all the ingredients are! LOVED it and will definitely be coming back! Try his mom's homemade desserts: amazing!!
