Review content:
This was my second time there. The first time I had a great stylist, I tried to make an appointment again and I have to say that I was very disappointed by the customer service. The recepionist had me on hold three times. I was on hold for about 20 min. My stylist had left, I had asked for someone who would be there for awhile. They got me in. On the day of my appointment, I found out that the stylist that they had put me with was her last day. I am very disappointed, my haircut was not what I had hoped for either.
Pros: Great products
Cons: The atmosphere was not very inviting.
