Review content:
When I went to get my keys copied there was a man there asking to have his keys fixed because they did not work. When I returned again because my key didn't work, there was another frustrated customer having her keys fixed. I was obviously concerned about having my key work the 2nd time so I looked at the keys and asked the man who worked there if it mattered if they didn't match exactly. He looked me in the eye and said he guaranteed my key would work. He said I should trust him, he has 30 years of experience. Lo and behold my key did not work. Luckily after returning for the 3rd time they quickly and sheepishly gave me a refund.
Pros: good location, helpful with other products
Cons: unable to make keys that work
