I have tried this place twice now, and I definitely won't be back. Both times the food and the service was bad. I heard good stories about Chef Bull's cooking in Austin, so I wanted to give it a try. I don't mind paying $40 for a dish if it is well executed, but neither the food nor the service is good. The servers had no experience (one was chewing gum while serving) , they didn't even know from which side to serve. They could not recommend a good wine for the meal. The food is boring and not very tasty. I this is supposed to be modern Italian I will stay with the classics.
