Review content:
Company requires partial advancement for work to be done. Had window tinting done and decided not to go forward with tail light tiniting which was 1/3 of the total bill paid in advance and then was told ""no refunds"". Still havent gotten my money back for the lights after explaining that you dont get paid for work not performed.
