After reading the reviews on this website I decided to give Lisa Turley a try. After the WORST experience of my life I am convinced that she wrote the reviews herself because she was terrible! I went in for a partial foil and cut to brighten my blond. After a quick, shabbily done foil that a brand new cosmetology student could of done, my roots turned brassy. She then tried to put a toner on it but chose the wrong toner and turned my hair BROWN! Her response was, ""wow, in the 15 years that I have been doing this, this is never happened."" She then blamed the manufacturer for ""mislabeling"" the toner bottle. Are you kidding me! She then had to refoil my hair but was not able to get it back to blond. She then tried more excuses saying that it ""recovered better than she thought. ""She then had to put a deep conditioning treatment on it to help with the MASSIVE DAMAGE! She acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for her major mess up. I sat there for over 5 hours in absolute misery! She did not put a towel around my neck, so the bleach, dripped down my neck and all over my shirt and left covered in hair because she does not use a cape. It is one day later and my hair is falling out in handfuls. I will have to spend the holidays and a trip to Europe looking terrible! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO LISA TURLEY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR!
