I loved my entire experience with Lisa Turley. Even making my appointment was easy and fun. I text messeged her to schedule my appointment and within five minutes she responded. I was able to get in to see her within a week and when you are as desperate as I was that is a very good thing. When I arrived at the appointment she came and got me within about ten minutes which is pretty good for hairdressers. I felt like she listened to my vision and didn't question it at all. I feel like she is the first hairdresser whose idea of what is pretty is the same as mine. I felt like when I explained the haircut in mind she just ""got it"" right away. She made me feel at ease. The first time I saw the color I knew that she'd gotten it right. But... when she cut it and started blowdrying I knew that she had ""nailed"" it. I think I even made a loud excited sound when she turned my chair around. All I saw was this amazing head of hair. It was sooooo full and bouncy and completely beautiful. I just couldn't have been happier. I can't wait to see her again.
