I've only been going to Soleil for about a month but really love it. Everytime I go in, the staff is always friendly. The first time I went in, the girl gave me a tour of the place and explained how to use every bed. She also told me the differences between all of the tanning lotions and which ones she preferred. I selected some items and went up to the counter and she started to ring everything up. I started to have second thoughts about it so I asked her if it would be okay if I were to come back the next day when I was sure. She was very pleasant about it (even though she had just spent 1/2 an hour showing me everything) and I left without purchasing anything. I did end up going back the next day and the same girl was there. I wasn't sure if they get paid in commision or not but was glad she was the one who ended up ringing me up just in case. \r
Each time I go in, the staff answers my questions (typically regarding how long I should go for). They offer everyone a bottle of water every time you tan and also offer extra towels. The rooms are always clean (and unlike other places they actually put signs on the bed to let you know that it has been cleaned). The rooms all include baby wipes (to wipe off you hands or to wipeoff your makeup, etc) and also include deodarant. \r
They offer several types of beds and lotions. They're prices are very reasonable and comparible to other tanning salons in the area.
