I think you will find all business owners who have invested their life and resources to perform services or sell products, are extremely interested in feedback. Honest criticism is very valuable and is received well by management. Although we aspire to be perfect...sometimes we are not. Our entire salon team is very anxious to work with any issues or corrections that are brought to our attention. We know that in order to retain a client we must have the opportunity to work with them until the client is completely satisfied. We are confident that in every case we can do that. No professional makes mistakes on purpose. We are here and hoping you will call if you can use our help. \r
