I have always struggled to lose weight. It's been a life-long battle for me, something that's always been weighing me down, both physically and mentally. I've tried everything! Every diet out there, you name it, I've done it. I was beyond frustrated by diets that didn't work and by my constant battle with the scale. This is all in my past now, as I am forever grateful to a friend of mine who referred me to the fabulous Nutrition Twins. They helped me to lose the weight once and for all. And the best part? It's not a struggle for me at all! They taught me they way to eat, and I still enjoy the foods I love. I'm never hungry, always have tons of energy and have never looked or felt better. The Nutrition Twins encouraged me every step of the way, never making me feel bad about myself when I'd have a slip up or have a bad day. They were my cheerleaders, guiding me and motivating me.
