Review content:
This contractor basically stole 12,000 from me. He started work the first day 6 hours late, then second day about 4 hours after he told me he would be there. When talking to his workers they found out an hour before that they were suppose to work that day, all came ill prepared because they did not have the tool they needed to complete in a workman like manner. The little work they did do was without a permit and due to this was red-tagged by the city. All work halted, he never contacted me. I called this contractor 3 days later and asked how we were going to proceed. Then after a week passed I ask to meet him. He stated he had not ordered any of the materials to complete the project, He trashed the no work areas from the little demolition he did do, causing blow in installation to travel down my vents, all over the carpet, damaged my front door, front porch, my neighbor’s lawn with the off loading of the dumpster. The target completion date was the 18th of October; after that date had come I had to hire a lawyer and another contractor to do the project. He was very accommodating and very nice until he received his first check. Beware, I would not use this contractor, look around there are others with the same opinon, I did not heed their warning, but I hope you heed mine.
