First off...this is my first and ONLY experience with this place. I show up at 10 AM...the manager tells me they are too busy to see me until later in the day. Fine no problem. ""Come back at 2:30"" he says. No problem. 2:15 I show up (just incase they could get to me a little early) the manager is at the desk again and checks me in...didnt seem to recognize me whatsoever from 4 hours prior. Whatever no biggie. Well, this is where it gets better....2:15 to 3:15 my car sits there in the parking lot .(all I'm wanting done is a brake inspection mind you) 3:20 rolls around and now I'm starting to get a little irrate because I realize there are people still waiting in front of me to be helped. So I ask the manager how long till they put my car up on the lift? ""10 mins 10 min 10 min"" They put my car on the lift at 3:45 and there it sat...and sat....and sat. The worst thing was that they MOVED MY CAR IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSES CAR! they slid my car in front of another lady who wasnt paying attention. It disgusted me.That was the last straw BY 4 O CLOCK I HAD ENOUGH! I told him take my damn car off the lift I was going down the road. He wasn't apologetic. Just defending about how ""this is how this business goes."" I know pep boys gets me in and out. and im pretty confident most auto shops can handle a brake inspection in under 3 hours.I'd hate to see how long it would take them to actually REPLACE THE BRAKES> ::shutter:: Short of the long is this place is unorganized, dirty, overpriced, unprofessional and short staffed. I dont know why ANYONE would EVER repeat business here. Just...never again. Take your money down the road. I couldn't give this place a worse review.
Pros: TIME TO FLIP THROUGH THE PHONE BOOK AND LOOK FOR A NEW SHOP
