I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. My wife spoke with the owner three or four times to set up service today. They promised us to show up between 9-11 am and at 1:00 PM, my wife called them to find out where they were as they had not shown up or called. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional with her and told her that the window is only a ""guideline"", but they can come whenever and it is not their policy to call even though they are late. She then threatened my wife and told her that we would still be responsible for the cancellation fee even though they stood us up. I completely believe the other complaint below as the owner of this service is very shady. Was all professional when she was selling and then switched over to the surly used car salesman when her service failed to meet commitments.\r

There are plenty of good maid services in Dallas, this is not one of those services. Will report to proper agency.
