delivery trucks talking on their cell phones. At least 3 times a week i have received someones mail and have never received some things i ordered at all. Neighbors have delivered my mail to me that was in their box. The\r
mail lady is on her phone all the time. What gives? I can't use my cell phone at work unless i'm on break or at lunch
