He never finished our job. We paid him $20k and he walked away from the job unfinished. He never fully installed our dishwasher, left our deck unfinished and walked away with a brand new $200 tub faucet that he never installed and never never returned. There is also a laundry list of smaller items that he promised to finish that he never returned to complete. He became unreachable, not returning our phone calls, despite several pleas on our part to, at least, retrieve the garage door opener that he has to our home. We are very uncomfortable because he has full access to our house and won't return any phone calls. We have a garage full of garbage that he did not dispose of because he does not have the appropriate license to get rid of debris, even though he presents himself as fully licensed.
