THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PACKING AND SHIPPING STORE THAT I HAVE EVER GONE TO. I DECIDED TO GO BY THERE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO BECAUSE I NEEDED TO SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY MOM AND A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THIS STORE TO ME, BUT IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!!! FIRST OF ALL, THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LARGE MAN WORKING AT THE STORE THAT MADE ME WAIT UP IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME UP TO HELP ME AND WHEN HE FINALLY MADE IT UP THERE, HE DIDN'T EVEN SAY HI TO ME!! THEN, HE ASKS ME WHEN I NEED MY PACKAGE THERE AND I SAID TO SHIP IT THE SLOWEST WAY POSSIBLE AND THE COST OF IT WAS STILL ALMOST $30!!! AND WE AREN'T TALKING ABOUT A VERY BIG BOX EITHER. IT WAS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SHOEBOX. FINALLY, WHEN I DECIDED TO NOT SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY TO SHIP THE PACKAGE, HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND VERY CONDESCENDING WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS STORE SHOULD DEFINITELY GET A LESSON IN ETIQUETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOPEFULLY, THEY WON'T BE IN BUSINESS TOO MUCH LONGER!!!
