I have lived in Memphis most of my life and like many women, found my self looking for a way to get healthy, not only physically, but mentally too. But my time is limited. I had heard about Bikram Yoga when I was in NY on business, and searched the web to find out we have our own school here in Memphis! I gave it a try and though it was quite difficult (to say the least!), I left feeling so alive! I have since become a regular Bikram practitioner - have reduced my cholesterol, lowered my b.p., and no longer have chronic back pain!!! I have taken many classes all over the US - Los Angeles, Long Beach, New York City, Chicago, St. Louis, Arizona, New Mexico - and I have to say, we here in Memphis are the luckiest people on earth! This school is outstanding, extremely clean, efficient, strong and the teachers and staff are down to earth and awesome.
Those of you reading this review - my advice is to try it for yourself. Don't let someone else's negative sour-puss attitude sway you. If you really want to get in shape, just like me, you will LOVE this school!
