Review content:
I went to this dentist multiple times from 2009 - 2010. The office staff is always rude and you always wait at least 30 minutes before you're seen, but the dentists seemed good enough and it was close by so i continued going. To my demise! They did root canal with a crown that is loose at the bottom, then 3 months after they were recommending that i get the crown refit and replaced - and that i pay for it! I suggested that means that they didn't do a good job in the first place and the endodontist just brushed it of saying ""it happens sometimes"".
As is this wasn't enough, they always make you pay up front for services before you can even go back to see the dentist. No problem - right? Wrong! despite this they have somehow decided to tack on additional charges for the services done in 2009 and paid for at that time.
I have since started seeing a new dentist that has a professional and pelasant staff, where you don't have to wait, and they have up to date services (like nitrous oxide). This may seem like an easy option (especially if you're a resident at Monte) but for your own sake please avoid.
