Review content:
Verbally abusive and physically threatening; this shop tried to extort more than my deductible out of me in order to get my car released. It took getting my insurance company on the phone to remind this shop of their obligations as an approved service provider. After I straightened out what they did to me, I was given no apology. The work was sub-par, and my questioning that fact is what started the Manager Mike Dotsie off on his outrageous rampage. The owner Leo Caron witnessed the abuse, and did nothing to stop this maniac from trying what he did. Needless to say, this is the worst shop imaginable!
