My family was in town for a long weekend so I had wanted to make reservations at a restaurant that had a nice view. We had already been to the Top of the Hub and so I had decided that a place with a water view would be nice. This restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very attentive, we were seated promptly. You can have the option of ordering small plates and large plates which is good for parties that have varying degrees of appetites. The waiter suggested that three small plates was the equivalent of one large plate. This is also great if you want to sample other dishes. I thought two small plates was an ample amount of food. In comparison to the other restaurants we ate at that weekend, Meritage was the best and wasn't nearly as expensive as some of the other trendier places we had tried. It's also quiet which allows you to have a nice conversation at dinner without yelling. Valet parking is free and there's a bar in the hotel that you can go to before or after dinner if you aren't quite ready to call it a night. Pros: Great food, Quiet Restaurant, Complimentary Valet Parking
