Review content:
Rachel is one of those lucid and luminescent people who must have been doing yoga since the age of three. I felt extremely comfortable in her presence, and she impressed me as a very knowledgeable and skilled practitioner. What impressed me most of all, however, was her lack of insistence that I needed to come back regularly for an indefinite length of time. This is a nice change from the physical therapists I've seen in the past, who made a big to-do about what a mess I was and how I needed to come weekly for the next year. ""Do the stretches I showed you,"" she said cheerily, ""and you won't have to come back as often."" This selflessness is the hallmark of a real healer.
