DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I just had the worst experience with Lynette's. I am getting married in less than 2 weeks. We called to confirm the reservation for a limo bus 2 weeks prior to my wedding and Lynette's claimed that they did not have any reservation under my name. I explained the email from JANUARY stating my confirmation for my wedding that they had sent. They then claimed that they had sent out another confirmation letter a few months later and never heard from me. I went through all my email to double check and reconfirmed that they NEVER sent another email. They basically told me that I'm out of luck that they have booked someone else for that night. I then had to scramble around and call every limo company to find a limo bus to accommodate 22 people which is not easy to do in the first place. This is disgraceful! I wish I had gone with another company! This was not something I should have to worry about right before my wedding. This was unneeded stress!!!! A great company that I wish I used initially is Black Tie out of Haverhill. I have heard many good things about them (after the fact and they were already booked). Do not book with Lynette
