Review content:
Once they have your credit card, you are opening yourself up to them charging whatever they want. Ask them for an explanation and you won't get one. They will charge you for an unclean vehicle (even with a car wash receipt) and then for excessive mileage but again, without an explanation. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and have disputed their random charges without authorization with my credit card company. Find an honest, customer-service oriented car rental company. NOT CUT RATE BECAUSE WITH CUT RATE..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- CUT RATE SERVICE FROM CUT RATE PEOPLE!
