Saw her 11/9 w/a clean bill of health by L/K Vet., so we p/u on 11/10.Sunday she began coughing, wheezing, gagging, so we called L/K, but no answer. Called our own Vet 11/12/07.They got us in & Dr. found that she ?had? kennel cough which turned into pneumonia & also did a fecal check which showed Giardia, and stated that the puppy had been treated at L/K for this parasite on 11/9/07.Find it hard to believe that a licensed Vet didn't find anything wrong after a thorough exam @ L/K. We gave L/K a call to let them be alerted of this very contagious infection & wanted to know if they would at least cover the cost of the med's needed to treat her illness that she got in their care. Their sad and disgusting answer to this was?We do not cover vet bills. You can bring her back for a refund or you can pick out another puppy?! Well the girl we spoke to told us it was out of her hands and that she would have the manager call us back. It has now been months, still no call. SAD!!!!\r
