If only I had read the other reviews before calling this company. They would not give a price range for a new water heater over the phone, which should have been my first warning. Then they didn't show up when our appointment was scheduled. When we finally met, the technician quoted **$2,500** to install a new water heater. No -- that's not a typo!! I paid the $50 fee for this piece of worthless info and sent him on his way. The next day I had Sears install a new water heater for $700.\r
