Back in January I decided I needed to loose some major wieght and get into shape...I joined Fitness by Andrew and its the best decision I have ever made. I have been working out with Andrew and Sherrie 3x week for 7months now and have lost 40lbs and coutless inches. Andrew and Sherrie are always encouraging especially when your not having a good day. Each workout is always unique and intense and you will see results if you stick to the program. The best personal training around!
