I cannot thank Ralph and his team enough for the hard work they have put into my rental property! I have had nothing but problem tenants ever since I decided to rent out my home about 2 years ago. I was relocated to VA for work and did not want to resort to selling. I feel like the distance between me and my home made it a weakness and my tenants took advantage of that! I was constantly after them for unpaid rent and I was getting reports of abuse on the property from my neighbors. When I was finally able to make it back to Raleigh to check on the house, I found that the carpet was destroyed along with the interior paint and the yard. Once I contacted Ralph, he swiftly came in, removed my horrible tenants, found new (GREAT) ones and I haven't had any trouble since! Instead of dreading the calls I would receive from my neighbors, I am happy to report they have nothing but good things to say about my new tenants! Thanks Victory!!
