Review content:
I was introduced to Adam by a friend after he had taken some lessons with him. I had just been informed by my orthopedic surgeon that I needed to reconsider my exercise options due to severe osteoarthritis in my hips, with swimming being the #1 option. Except at age 45, I did not know how to swim and was skeptical I would ever learn. That is, until I worked with Adam. He has the style and personality to work with people of all ages and was very patient and encouraging to me. Unfortunately, the pool where we were meeting at the time became unavailable after 6-7 months of weekly lessons, but it was enough for me to be more comfortable in the water. A year later I am now swimming 1-mile laps, and I know I could never have accomplished that without Adam! (Thank you, Adam!)\r \r I would not hesitate to recommend Farber Swim School and am likely to return for more advanced lessons.
