I left 8 pieces with Mr. Bermudez. He wrote 8 pieces on his ticket and gave me the bottom half of the ticket and wrote 8 pieces.
He never answers his phone. When I finally got a hold of him and went to pick up my pieces he tells me he only has 7 items and cannot find an 8th and I only left 7. I told him I left 8, you wrote 8 pieces. He told me he sent some of my items out to a seamstress. I told him to please check with her on my 8th item.
I came back a week later told him that I knew what item I was missing. It was a blue Ann Taylor Blouse I had dropped off for him to alter. He told me he did not have it, did not remember it and I did not drop it off. I told him I had dropped off 8 pieces, he wrote 8 pieces on my ticket and he only gave me 7 pieces so he LOST ONE OF MY PIECES. And basically played stupid and there was nothing I could do about my 8th missing piece. The AHOLE lost my Ann Taylor Blouse and refused to take responsibility for what the 8th missing piece he himself wrote on his ticket!
