Visited their website and found the vehicle that seemed to be exactly what I wanted and couldn't find on my side of town. Contacted Gerren who confirmed the vehicle was still there and he also gave me a ballpark appraisal of my trade. It was lower than what I expected and what KBB said but after explaining why, it made sense and when I went to CarMax in Roswell, it was confirmed since they were higher than them. I made it down there in 40 minutes and was in and out in about an 1 hour and a half. JB was friendly and was able to beat my credit union's rate by a little to save me some money.....Paul was nice to us when we left and helped us move things from the trade while we waited for Gerren to finish with a customer from the day before...for a person new to his business, he seemed to be busy...he had another customer waiting for him after us.....We recommend and suggest you make the trip, it's well worth it! Thanks Gerren and Hennessy!!!
