Contacted this company to prep and file my taxes. To their credit they DID prep my taxes but claim they never received my e-signature page. Found out in OCTOBER they never filed my taxes. When I contacted them the response was ""Yeah, I was wondering why your taxes sat on the desk for so long. I guess I should have followed up with you."" I said I could have followed up as well, but as a professional courtesy they could have taken 3 minutes to email and say they'd never received the e-signature. When reported to Better Business Bureau I was greeted a week later by a rude phone call from the woman who prepped my taxes. Jumped on me in the first minute of our conversation, called me ""rude, ridiculous and over the line"" to report them to the BBB and blamed me for the communication break down. I hung up the phone, as I didn't enjoy being harassed on a Monday morning. Would have given a better review until this morning. I followed up the phone call with an email letting them know I was paying for the full service (preparing AND filing my taxes - half of which was never done) asking to not be contacted again until she was calm and could speak to me with respect.\r

Funny... they never even followed up for payment until I contacted them to figure out why my taxes weren't filed so I'm guessing laziness is key at this firm. If you care about getting your taxes filed, never EVER use this company. But on the other hand, if it doesn't matter to you if your taxes are filed or not give them a call today! \r
