Medical Malpractice & Negligence Lawsuit against Body Rehab Center, Polly Badt & Sanjay Bardwaj\r \r A medical malpractice lawsuit was filed against Body Rehab Center & Polly Badt on November 15, 2011 and was recently settled during mediation for an undisclosed amount. The former patient claimed therapists negligently treated her knee thereby causing pain and suffering, additional medical costs with physicians and surgeons, loss of earnings/income and related damages. \r \r This is truly another reason to always research any and all medical providers as to their Board Violations and Malpractice Lawsuits. Medical Providers are legally bound to disclose Violations and Lawsuits if you submit an inquiry to them. Always do a search on Google and the California Medical/Physical Therapy Board websites. \r
