Review content:
I found a 2003 Ford Sebring, priced on the internet at $7000, but for $8500 at the lot. Once at the lot, they refused to budge on price, and offered me only $300 for my trade-in that other lots offered be $1000 for! The car, once test driven, was a joke. The brakes and tires needed to be done, and it desperately needed a front end alignment. It made a horrible unidentifiable noise every time it accelerated, that they said ""they might have a mechanic look at for me."" When I test drove the car, I adjusted the seat and mirrors for a couple minutes- and the salesman told my fiancee in the back seat ""I hate riding with women, they make things so complicated."" They offer no lot warranties, and their outside warranties are quite overpriced. \r All three salesmen I encountered were patronizing and flat-out rude. Another woman was looking at the car at the same time as I, and she was unaware of the Internet price. They told her I was going to buy the car (which I was not), and told her if she paid $9500, she could have it instead of me. I luckily talked to her before she signed the paperwork. \r When I asked for information on a payment plan, or to try to make a deal on a similar priced car, they had me sit for 45 minutes, while they ""crunched numbers."" They came back with a list of minivans, manuals, and other cars I had previously told them I was unable or unwilling to drive. When I told them there wasn't a single mid-sized automatic on the car, which they knew was what I was looking for, they told me I was too picky.\r They were unhelpful, rude, and it was the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Pros: It is a nice facility Cons: The staff is horrible, and there is very limited used selections
