i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. the only good part is that they are in a good location for malls, stores, and shopping plazas. but there are so many hidden rates in the contract that are reworded to say other things. They also need to be remodeled bcuz they are very old and the pest problem from day one of moving in. for the last month they had the laundry rooms not working and the water pressure isnt working at all. also when you need something fixed such as the dishwasher, they wont come fix it until they want 2 which is never. i would never recommend and wont even consider resigning my least .
Pros: quiet at nite, good location for shopping and eating
Cons: apartments are shabby and not good living
