Review content:
When I moved into this apartment complex, the owners were friendly and problems were handled in a timely fashion. They always remembered who we were and what unit we live in. Then the new owner came in, and it started to go slightly downhill. the manager doesn't remember what unit we live in and whenever we go in to pay bills she looks at me like she's never met me before. The ownership changed AGAIN last month and now there is litter everywhere and the pool is constantly green and cloudy and disgusting. We're moving out in 2 months and I can't wait. Tenants are now responsible for their own pest control as well. The rent is going up and, in my opinion, the new amount is not worth renting here.
Pros: Ample parking, allows pets
Cons: Poor grounds, small units, poor service!
