AWESOME SERVICE! Every time I have called Universal Air and Heat to fix our crappy 3 yr old Goodman Air Conditioner, they have come out the very same day. Unlike the appliance service company my mother signed an annual contract with (""Pr--e"") who can never seem to make it out to our home in less than 3 days despite my mother being on the medical emergency list. I can always depend on Universal Air and Heat when I need fast dependable service. Highly recommend. I even recommended them to my friend and they gave him a really great price on a new AC. He recommended them to his mother when she needed her ac replaced too. I wish I knew about them 3 years ago. They would have saved us a lot of money and grief!
