Worst management personnel ever. Nice products but with the lack of a customer friendly environment, they certainly aren't trying very hard to sell any of it. I'm surprised it's still open. One ""manger"" (Adam I think; I waited too long to post this hoping I wouldn't still be so upset - no luck) is the worst of them. Refusal to even discuss a product I was prepared to order through them and pay up front even though it was less online elsewhere for the same thing (from the manufacturer they order from in fact). I just wanted to help a local business. His personal anti-desire to speak with a customer, never mind *help* in some way was actually somewhat of a relief because it allowed me to snatch up my money, walk out and spend less on what I wanted. If I'd had the opportunity to speak to the owner versus this guy, I would have need a bottle of water to prevent losing my voice by the time I left the store. I'd never want to affect someone's job - except his. He's in the wrong line of work.\r \r If you know exactly what you want and it's on their shelf, you likely won't have this problem. But if you need to talk to someone about it, I recommend a different store or an online store with a service rep. Over the web is more ""personal"" than he could hope to be.
