I just took my dog to Ark Animal Hospital to have a mass removed. The whole experience was great. The receptionist went over all of my options before surgery, the technician called me when we started the surgery and the doctor called after the surgery. \r
I really appreciate being informed about my pets condition throughout the day. \r
When I picked him up, Bo Bo was very happy to see me. Dr. Maxwell explained \r
everything that I need to do at home. \r

I have taken my cat to another hospital for surgery and they treated me like a number. No one called; no one explained anything to me. \r
