I had booked this company almost two months prior to our early morning flight out of Midway in March 2008. I spoke to the owner three times, confirming our flights there and back within a week of our travel. I chose this company because of its proximity to each of our homes. We had Seven Adults and Two children booked for a van. The man was very nice and his rates were good, which is another reason why we chose him. Unfortunately, he was a No Show, requiring us to pile into two cars and park them for Ten days at Midway Airport--very costly in comparison to being driven! Each of the numbers listed on his website gave me nothing but a voicemail. After leaving messages saying that we cannot wait any longer and nearly missing our flight--we never received a call back with an apology or explanation. Pay the extra few bucks and stick to a more reputable and professional south suburban service!!
Pros: Nice on the phone
Cons: Never showed up!
