This guy might look like a nice guy, but don't let that fool you. There are a lot of great stair contractors out there in Orange County so I would recommend that you go with someone else. He totally screwed up on my stair case placing balusters where they should not have been placed. It has been 3 months now and my stair case is not done. We made a mistake by paying him because he promised to come back to fix it. He never came back nor did he returned our phone calls. Don't be fooled by the nice guy image. He is unreliable and does not show up when he promises. He often leaves in the middle of the day and comes back when ever he wants to. In addition, he does not clean after himself. The house was a messed during the whole ordeal. It still has nails sticking out of the stair case. He never returned to removed them. I am taking this guy to court!!!1
Pros: cheap only on initial estimate.
Cons: cost more trying to fix the mess.. not worth it
