I have to say that I had an exceptional experience at Orange County Diesel!
I went to see them because my truck died. First, I had it towed to a Ford dealer, what a mistake that was. They told me it was going to be over $5000 to fix. After feeling I like I was getting taken advantage of I pulled it out of there and had it towed over to OC Diesel. I felt like they were professionals right from the beginning and me being a woman they really took the time to explain everything in detail that was wrong with my truck after they checked it out. EVERYONE was very nice to me. I felt really good about my decision to take it to them. They made me feel like a long time customer even though it was my first visit to them.
They did a great job fixing my broken truck. It was fixed in four days and I am very happy with their service. My repair bill was almost $1500 less than what I was told at the Ford dealer. I told them I would recommend all my friends to go to Orange County Diesel for anything, especially if their truck dies like mine did!
