Businiess name:  Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I ordered a rib eye stead medium well, after a few bites it was clear that the steak was more like medium rare than medium well. By the time I got some ones attention the rest of my party had finished eating and all the manager can offer is to cook another steak, which I declined. I expected more from a restaurant that is so expensive. To make matters worst the manger tried to tell me that it is my fault because I didn?t complain when he came to enquire if every thing was OK, at that point we had hardly started eating. I don?t recommend this place not only because of the improperly prepared meal, but also because of the lack of desire on the part of the manager to take responsibility and offer a reduction in the bill. I should have known better when the menu said that 18% gratuity is added to the bill regardless of the number of people in the party. That say?s it all.
