Recently relocated to the area and looking for something near my office. If I had not already pd the co-pay I would have walked out. I received a book of paper work in the mail prior to arriving (just too much) and then the Dr didn't ask about any of the info I provided. Not one question about my medical history. The exam room was rather dingy, unorganized and just plain messy. It had cheap looking cabinets w/stuff falling out of them. Staff was somewhat surly and for some odd reason all the girls had big scripty font tattoos w/names on their forearms. Almost two wks later after asking for a slew of blood work for fertility, etc no one had called. When I called I was told to call an 800 # for info vs talk to a live person (how unprofessional/uncaring) and then told that # didn't provide anything. When I pressed the receptionist finally read my lab work - everything is ok. Uhm...ok - no elaboration - from the Doctor but just the receptionist? I pressed again for Beverly to call me back and was told when she has time she'll get to you. Hmmmm - guess I need to find a new doctor as I will NOT being going back here.
